You need to have a reasonable level of fitness but the bikes make the climbs easy. If you can ride an ordinary peddle bike without getting puffed out after a couple of miles you will be fine on these. Carmela was a brilliant tour guide, knowledgable, friendly and good fun to be with. I highly recommend this cycle tour if you are looking for a day out with a difference.”
